As you do missions, you'll earn tickets, and unlock more missions. To unlock successive missions in a single arcade machine, you must complete the previous missions with the bare minimum winning score for the mission.
To unlock more arcade machines, it's believed that you must have won a certain amount of tickets at previous missions spending tickets does not limit opportunities to unlock more arcades. To earn more tickets from a mission you've already completed, you must win a greater award for that mission. As you progress, you'll need to work to obtain better scores in missions to unlock more arcades, instead of simply completing all the missions. This will likely get increasingly difficult as you try to progress further.
After a certain amount of progress, Chancy will begin to stand around arcade machines to offer you extra challenges , which are similar to challenges you've already done but with some twist or another. Awards signify your proficiency at a certain mission, and in turn decide how many total tickets not additional tickets you're to be given for your performance.
