Please help me! I have a 5s and updated carrier settings to My data is now slow to non-existent. I am getting. Before I was getting around 23 down. Can you try restoring from a recent backup? Like everyone else I am showing 3G after the most recent update. I have a 4s with the most recent Smarttalk sim. Right now Speedtest shows roughly one up and six down, although this varies considerably during peak hours.
