Posted on September 27, It has been a while since my last post, I have been trying to find gainful employment whichI I now have, thanks to the kind folk at Morrisons M Local and set myself the rather ambitious task of building a set of N7 armour, which, whilst not a massive failure, has proven problematic i have legs done but should have got somebody to help me with the strapping.

But anyway, back to the point of my post. It is now gaming season, those tricky 4 months where everybody releases everything at the same time, which begins with Eurogamer Expo. This is my second year of returning to the event and it will be something we will be doing in the future too.

We attended for one day due to my work commitments and decided this year we would try to get in on the fantastically generous offer from Activision of a free Prestige Edition of CoD Ghosts for the first people to play.

We were successful, we calmly queued for nearly 5 hours in total, we did not push or shove and claimed our copy. So I have no idea at all why people were sneaking up the sides of the queue or shoving people out of the way to try to get their copy. Really not cool! I hope you failed to get your copy! So our first game was Call of Duty-Ghosts.

The graphics were sharp, targeting and controls were spot on and it was a lot of fun! I thought I was holding a Razor Onza pad! It was a very nice pad, it fit perfectly in my tiny woman hands and felt nice! The buttons also has a pleasant tactile fell to them, not like the clicky ones on the Razor. There was no slowdown or lag either, which was good considering there were probably upwards of 40 machines playing at once.
